Master Sciences de la Matière, Matériaux pour l'Electronique, Fiabilité des Composants

Course Details

Objectives : The first year of Master's degree brings a foundation of fundamental knowledge in the field of science to students from different licenses. This common base continues in the second year, on the experimental and numerical methods used today in materials science. The course will be determined by the choice of 2 options (11 ECTS each) among 4 proposed (Physics of polymers, physical metallurgy, Physics of nanomaterials and characterization and reliability of components), the contents of TP "R&D situation" and the subject of the Internship (24 weeks).
The course "Materials for electronics: reliability of Components " specializes students in research applied to the trades of electronic failure and its origin in matter, allowing them to manage projects from the atom to the Electronic function.
