Objectives : The Bachelor of Technology (BUT) in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) trains students in the analysis, control, and management of occupational, technological, and environmental risks, as well as in crisis and emergency management within companies and/or public administrations.
It also trains students in leading quality and health initiatives within companies and/or public administrations and in supporting management in this process.
A unique training pathway accessible from the first year:
Science of Hazards and Management of Occupational, Technological, and Environmental Risks (HSE).
Industries (chemicals, construction, transportation, food processing, energy), public administrations, and local authorities are the primary sectors of activity for HSE graduates.
Public concerned : General baccalaureate degrees
Technological baccalaureate degrees
Other courses and students changing their course of study are examined on a case-by-case basis
Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Targeted careers : Occupational risk prevention specialist, workplace health and safety facilitator, safety and environment officer, safety coordinator (construction), safety manager, HSE assistant engineer, deputy QHSE manager, prevention or environment advisor, HSE technician, industrial hygiene technician, fire safety and personal assistance service manager (SSIAP3), fire officer (competitive exam required), waste manager, water, air and pollution treatment technician, inspection body technician, public health inspector
After 2 or 3 years of experience: QHSE manager, environmental manager, site environment and safety manager, HSE trainer
