Objectives : From production systems to smart buildings, automation is expanding and requires professionals capable of designing, installing, and maintaining increasingly complex systems. Graduates of the professional bachelor's degree in "Automated Systems, Networks, and Industrial Computing" are technicians capable of participating in the design, implementation, maintenance, and development of automated systems communicating via industrial networks.
Educational and Professional Objectives:
To be able to perform the functional analysis of an automated system and/or one including a robot
To be able to identify the components of the automation system (the PLC, its couplers and cards, its extensions, etc.)
To be able to determine robotics requirements
To be able to write programs for PLCs (Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and/or robots (including network management)
To be able to troubleshoot and propose improvements while taking into account HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) aspects.
