Course Details

Objectives : The IS and MACS courses provide you with complete and structured training in the fields of statistical engineering, numerical analysis and scientific computing.
By validating an IS course, you will interact as an expert statistician with the many areas impacted: collection, analysis and synthesis of data, modeling and statistical simulation.
By validating a MACS course, you will integrate a professional framework (academic, industrial or in services) where extensive expertise, ranging from analysis to digital implementation, is necessary.
Smartphones, computers, bank cards, artificial intelligence, planes, automobiles... mathematics is everywhere. They are used to meet major technological and environmental challenges, and to measure the economic issues facing the planet.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : - you will be able to appraise and analyze a mathematical text.
- you will be able to model a problem from different scientific fields.
- you will interact as an expert mathematician with all the professional interlocutors (academics, industrialists, teachers, students and pupils).
- you will use the work and communication tools of a mathematician: calculation software, mathematical word processing, scientific English.
