The degree programme covers all steps of manufacturing, from design to the physical production of systems and products. The time span from the idea to the finished product can be considerably shortened as well as improved in quality through the application of computer technology and the corresponding simulation software.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements : Bachelor's degree or Diplom in relevant subject areas with graded work totalling 210 ECTS credits and an average grade of at least ‘good’ 2.5 (ECTS grade A or B)

Targeted careers : The Master's programme ‘Mechanical Engineering’ includes, among other things, the computer-based planning and communication technologies that today are summarised under the keyword e-manufacturing. Their aim is to enable modern design, simulation, production and successful quality management.
