Course Details

Objectives : This course trains people with the profile of Lean Manufacturing technician or production assistant capable of assisting the methods engineer in the implementation of production management methods in order to optimize resources and flows within a workshop (5S, OEE, Lean, Kaizen, SMED, …) and define the work ranges and instructions of the different processes and stations within the latter.

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Prerequisites : Have a diploma of minimum bac+2 level (BTS CPRP, CPI, CIM, CRSA, ATI, MS, CRCI or BUT 2nd year, GIM, GMP or L2 in science and technology)
