Objectives : The Industrial Operations Unit Manager designs and implements a comprehensive strategy, or one specific to an activity or department (workshop, production site, subsidiary, etc.), in line with the company's vision, values, and mission, regardless of its industrial sector. They anticipate and identify industrial development opportunities, integrating the challenges of competitiveness, technological innovation, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability.
A key player in industrial transformation, they define and manage the organizational, human, technical, financial, and logistical resources necessary to achieve operational objectives. They support teams through changes related to the ecological, societal, and digital transitions, taking into account the specificities of industrial processes, quality and safety standards, and production constraints.

Lead a strategic project for ecological and social transformation
Lead a strategic project for digital transformation
Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Prerequisites : Holders of a validated Bachelor's degree (Bac+3): Bachelor's degree in the LMD classification system, or RNCP level 6 qualification
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a position of responsibility or related to the profession targeted by the certification
