Course Details
Objectives : L'objectif de ce master est de former des étudiants de physique qui deviendront les acteurs de demain dans le domaine des sciences et techniques spatiales. La formation fournit une vue d'ensemble des techniques spatiales, introduisant les contraintes de conception spécifiques aux véhicules spatiaux, leur développement, leurs tests et leurs opérations.
Le M2 Techniques Spatiales et Instrumentation (TSI) comporte 7 Unités d'Enseignement. Les six premières UE réalisées pendant le premier semestre introduisent les différents concepts théoriques et pratiques dont ont besoin les étudiants pour s'insérer dans le tissu de l'industrie spatiale. Le premier semestre permet d'acquérir 39 ECTS. La dernière UE, réalisée pendant le second semestre, correspond à la mise en pratique des connaissances acquises dans les UE précédentes. Elle correspond à un stage de quatre à six mois réalisé de préférence en entreprise pendant lequel les étudiants essaient de résoudre un problème rencontré par les industriels du monde spatial. Elle donne aux étudiants 21 ECTS.
Afin de favoriser l'accueil d'étudiants non-francophones la quasi-totalité des cours est dispensée en anglais.

Prerequisites : For the first year of the Master's program (M1): A Bachelor's degree in fundamental physics is required.
For the second year (M2): Completion of the first year of a Master's program (M1) in physics (University of Technology (UT) and other French and international universities), or engineering school, or the first year of the Spacemaster program (Erasmus+).
