Prerequisites : - French Baccalauréat +2 to +5 years of higher education
- working people after validation of their professional background.
Admission requirements : After analysis of student/candidate record
Duration and terms : 1 to 3 years depending on the entry level

- This course has just been approved by the ITRANS competitiveness cluster.
- Specialised training in the production of on-board systems (microcontroller, DSP, multi-task OS, real time, HF digital communication, GPS). A lot of projects are related to location (CNES sounding balloon) or Radio Amateur satellite activity (SATEDU on-board computer)
- An optional module (24H) of preparation for the Radio Amateur Licence (Class 2) is available to all students; it awards 2 ECTS for the M2 level (Examination fees covered by INSSET). This examination is now open to external candidates.
An accreditation request has been submitted to make INSSET an official examination centre
- the INSSET laboratory is to become a secondary control station for Radio amateur satellites (management, control, telemetry, etc…).

Our training is part of the group of six training organizations that has been identified as by CNES Centre Spatial Skills (2 universities and 4 engineering schools). Our training will therefore receive this year the label CNES "Space Center Students" and / or that of "Competence Center space on embedded systems"
b) As part of training projects by our students, collaboration will be set up under the auspices of CNES, with the engineering school ELISA Normandy
Development and launch of a cubesat in 2018
c) In connection with our research and industrial collaborations, a second cubesat be launched in 2015/2016 to validate a new concept of computer
panel including features detection and correction of failures and the possibility of programming from our ground control station
