Objectives : - To train graduates "bac +5" with a profile of mechanical engineering and fluid structure, and energy .
- Complete the training of Master 1 and provide expertise in the field of physical modeling and numerical simulation, mechanical and energy to train young graduates to fill positions of leadership in the environment of industrial systems ( transport aircraft, space, automotive, food processing, building and construction, business services).
- Training engineers calculations can fit into a "Search & Development" service or into a"studies office".
- Provide an initial knowledge about the environment now, upon integration opportunities.
- Teach students to present their work in oral form or report.

Admission is right for M2PRO for all students who have completed a Master of Mechanics and Energetics of the UPS of the previous academic year.

Any other candidate is selected folder. He must prove one of the following conditions:
- Hold a master of a mechanical, mechanical technology, engineering, physics, applied mathematics,
- Hold a degree in engineering,
- Hold a foreign degree recognized as equivalent by the Admission Committee,
- Be professional in the industry and follow all or part of a professional master as part of continuing education.
Student records that already have a master 2 (professional or research) or PhD is examined in terms of a proposed professional staff.

Notes : The lessons are delivered by staff of the Department of Mechanics of the UPS, the INPT, CNRS researchers, CERT-ONERA, engineers EADS (Astrium, AIRBUS FRANCE), CNES, as well as SMEs region.
